My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours. I was text a cell # to use if I had any questions. No one answered my texts and when I called, the line was always busy. Sending my frustration, one of the gentleman workers personally keep checking and ensuring me my car would be done shortly. I will not be back.

Our service provider was polite and professional but when checking in the vehicle we received attitude and behavior as if we were bothering the attendant. When the attendant asked who our service provider was when the appointment was made we were told that he no longer work there and then said you have to wait. Then let me find someone and gave us extremely rude attitude.
