Cory was awesome, respectful and took care of my needs in a professional manner.I was very satisfied.
I would like to point out that I was sitting in the seat immediately to the left.throughout the time I was waiting I continually heard the lady in the office on the left first office door to the right continually using the F word.I didn't appreciate it and quite honestly all the years I have used Kia I haven't even heard the male staff talk in such a manner.I don't think she even recognized she was even saying it as it appeared to be part of her vocabulary.Perhaps some coaching for her would be helpful.

The lack of communication between customer which is me and the repair shop is terrible.. I’m not blaming Cory . I had to place numerous calls to find out about my vehicle when it was going to be ready even calling the main phone numbers it was frustrating and at times unbearable I would say customer service has dropped the ball not satisfied at all . Also, the way you pay now is ridiculous. He is the service writer not a cashier. You guys have to get your stuff together a very unsatisfied.Fred C
