Cory listened to my ongoing problem about the left rear brake light that was not functioning. He took charge to make sure this would be repaired today. A part needed to be replaced & the problem was corrected. He also used my coupon & applied it to the multipoint 6 month maintenance for my 2018 Kia Sorento. I was kept informed of the need to replace battery & tires over next 6 months. Also made me aware that factory warranty will expire year. I reached out via text and email about a lost item from my car - a decal for my job (Centennial High School). I contacted them the same day I got my car back from being serviced. I waited a couple of days and have heard nothing. It’s going on a week.

I can say with confidence that this was the best service I've had at Bev Smith in The Last 5 Years. It was quick it was efficient it was courteous. I waited for my car I had an early morning service of 7:00 and I was out by 8:30 fabulous I can't say enough. I know service owners change over the years and my car is 13 years old but I don't see me changing my service location anytime soon great job
