Your service technician didn't do anything to try and diagnose my problem and subsequently didn't fix the issue. A total waist of my time.

Unfortunately the woman checking me out was new.I understand there is a learning process. First printed invoice charging me $108 for oil change & tire rotation. I explained I have a warranty & should be free. Once she found that had to have someone help her void & prepare new one . He told her how & left. She then had to wait for him to come back to complete & wait before able to print.
I feel he should have stayed with me the customer until complete.
Too long process to just sign an invoice

Caitlin was awesome, as was everyone else I encountered in the service department. I arrived pretty early and they took my car in right away. Caitlin thoroughly explained everything to me from my options to all of the components of service I would receive, she is very knowledgeable & efficient & professional. I was out of there much sooner than I thought & will be back for my next oil change and service needs.

It took a little longer than expected as it was a transmission problem but my car seems to be working fine now. My contact person Mr. Pablo D was very attentive and kept me updated all the time if the process and difficulties. So I wasn't too inpatient due to his attention and and the information he provided. I give him a 10 for an excellent work and to Kia for keeping their promise. Thank you.
