The tech I had was nice and seemed more educated about what was going on than most times I made a visit. But The fluids were not topped up because the sensor came on halfway down the street when I left and the air in my tires were the same as when I got there. The tech that helped me was nice enough to point to where my car was parked, which also had the dirty paper and plastic still on the seats and steering wheel. I honestly don’t like to complain but I generally don’t have this happen to me.

Before I ever brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I verified three separate times that the service would be free of charge based on my warranty.
When the work was completed, Fred presented a bill to me for just over $100, to which I obviously responded in complete shock.
The matter was eventually resolved, with me not having to pay that bill, however, that mistake should never have happened, since the status of my warranty was verified three separate times before I brought the vehicle in.
