I was there for over 2 1/2 hours and nobody ever gave me any updates or how much longer. All I was told when my vehicle was ready was there were over .50 appointments. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation.

When I took the vehicle initially there for service I transfered my oil change packages from Sunrise Kia to BevSmith. Now I’m being told I have to bring proof of this accepted transfer by your dealership each time I have an oil change? This was already in your computer system and was never told this initially. Today I was told there was nothing in the system by my service rep. Please help me understand what I’m missing here as this was accepted for X amount of oil changes.
