Kevin and the rest of the service department staff that helped me were wonderful. They were all friendly and helpful and my car was serviced in a timely manner. I left feeling resssured and I will definitely make the drive from Moreno Valley to Rock Honda for all my future service needs.

I scheduled an appointment and Art said it didn't matter. There were 9 cars ahead of me and needed to wait 1.5hrs.
Also, when I picked up the car. The person that helped me was rude, don't remember her name but her last name was Gonzalez. When I went to Toyota, everyone was very friendly. I love my Honda Civic, but the customer service needs much improvement.
