I thought when I bought my Honda I would be better taken care of by going directly to a Honda dealership I even interviewed a supervisor named Ruben to see how well they would take care of my car now it appears that my car needs a costly part that of course isn't under warranty it's an emissions problem yet affects my transmission also and I'm still left with the proof every time I took my car in I don't believe all was done and checked as promised or the other issues would have been noticed and informed to me sooner with my brakes shocks alignments and tires that I have to replace now also I have asked rock Honda to put my car back together I will be picking it up and going to another mechanic

Mariano was very friendly and professional. He got me in and out as quickly as possible and explained was was done to my car and what to expect at my next service. At the end, he was a gentleman to help backup my car so that I could exit since the front of the service area was blocked off by many cars! I appreciated that the most!

My car was not washed after t it was service. I don't know if you do complimentary car wash. As far as I know there are some Honda dealerships that'll do a complimentary car wash after the service.
