Came yesterday had oil change.Gary Hidalgo did not ask which kind of oil I wanted.I was so distracted by my kids he put synthetic oil which I'd like 20 dollars more.Instead of jipping customers for 20 dollars you should be happy the customer is there.I won't be bringing the car any more to rock honda fontana! And he did not even know how to enter my Vin #( even though I set an appt.) in correctly he had two co workers assist him. Uuuggghhh!
