Adriana was great but after when I realized I left my garage opener in the loaner car... no one was willing to help me retrieve it. Someone answer the initial call transfer me to a call that would just ring for 20 minutes if I would let it. Sometimes I was transferred to three different people one person said they would call me back either way never did. Lol..helpful Honda people right
