Gary was very polite and helpful. But I am dissatisfied with Rock Honda. I came in for a headlight bulb change.its easy to do as there are you tube videos that show every step. Because i was short on time i decided to have your dealership do it for me. I was quoted 35.I ended up needing lights in the back and before I knew it my bill was about 85. I had a service coupon for 47 off which was refused. Apparently I was blind to not read the fine print. I was off by 10 because coupon was only useful for service double the amount.I think that is BS!!!! Customer service means taking care of the client. It may not mean much to you guys but getting 47 off would have created a more congenial regard for your dealership. In the long run it makes a customer feel appreciated and welcomed. Over 10 you guys have lost my trust and patronage.I purchased my Honda Pilot at Rock. Not sure if this is the place I want to come to in the future. If this how you treat your customers. You build trust and respect by doing little things. Some where along the road you guys have lost that touch. Penny pinching will not help you keep customers when it comes to service. Please don't send coupons you aren't going to honor.and BOLD PRINT the exceptions so we don't bother to come in the first place.

Rock Honda has been the only place we've taken our Pilot for service. We even purchased it there. Apparently the wiper fluid reservoir was broken and "do not fill" was written on it. We were never advised that there was a problem with it previously. It doesn't seem like the multipoint inspections were ever done. After buying 3 cars from Rock Honda we will probably go elsewhere for sales and service.
