The service was fast and appropriate. Very good service for the oil chacnge aspect of my visit. I tried asking a someone for help in the Finance department to ask about refinancing and getting my vehicle in my own name, but I was told Honda doesn't do that and to go else where to refinance.

My car was returned to me broken and I was told to figure it out myself by looking in my owners manual. They finally told me to come back another day, more inconvenience. Completely dissatisfied with the service. I have purchased Five vehicles from Rock Honda and have them all serviced there and I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service. Rock Honda just lost a customer for purchasing vehicle and I will discourage others as well.
