I asked for a shuttle immediately after checking in to go get food. A shuttle didn't come for 35 minutes. I was also told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to finish. I was waiting around for three and a half hours and no one told me my vehicle was done. When asked someone told me Andy must have left my paperwork and not told anyone else to take over.
