I didn't like the fact that because I'm a female that the serviceman would act like I was naive not to understand what I needed and didn't need for my car. Second, i had jusr had my car washed and when my car was returned to me it was all splashed and dirty. When i asked what had happened and if they could clean it i was told that i couldnt because they been fined for over usage of water. I'd rather make the drive to Covina to be treated fairly and be serviced appropriately. I'll be sure to spread the word of this horrible service.
