My appointment for my oil change was at 1pm. I did not leave rock Honda until 3:30. I feel as though I was there for a lot longer than needed considering my appointment. Along with my oil change I got the throttle body service I am not sure if that was why I waited longer but the representative could have told me the process for that. I was told I needed breaks as well but I did not get them done today because I was annoyed that I had already waited so long for an oil change.
