It was finished close to the allotted time and there was no charge because the lifetime warranty on the alinement from Rock Honda was honored.

The service itself was great. I had informed him of being out of windshield wiper fluid & 2 missing tire caps for inflation, the windshield wiper fluid was replaced, but the caps were not. If there was a level of satisfaction, rather than a yes or no, I would rate my service a 4 out of 5 due to this specific issue.

Oil changes are over after 60,000 miles. Never had car washed once, it's in the contract FREE washes with oil change. Very disappointed. Horrible service
