Took it in twice because some stains were visible. Second time I took it home the under the bumper in the front were it has black plastic it was not cleaned.

My wife took our vehicle in for service and he told her that she needed filters to be replaced. Last service I took the vehicle all filters were changed, he kept insisting they were not replaced, she even told him to double check and he said it did not show that they were replaced. Once she called me to verify if I did have them change the filters the previous time, he "mysteriously" found that they were replaced last service. I just feel that they try to up sell service and try to take advantage of the of her. Not satisfied with the service of my vehicle, I will consider taking my vehicle to another dealer from now on.
