I'm am satisfied the service I received. I was not pleased with the fact that the coupon I had was not honored. The coupon was emailed to me by Rock Honda. I also believe that the reason it wasn't honored was because my vehicle being serviced was not purchased through Rock Honda, like my previous vehicle.

The only reason why I was not fully satisfied was because after getting my oil levels checked on Monday, they failed to put the oil cap back on. After returning to have them fix the problem, however, they treated me well and made sure I was taken care of.
