Did not appreciate the fact that I went to my scheduled appointment and was told "the part" for the recall was not there... Then miraculously it appeared out of nowhere. Close to 5 hour wait for this job was excessive! No prior warning of the wait time was given when scheduling the appointment. So unprofessional! Very unhappy with your customer service. Amanda "the manager" - her tone was extremely rude when letting her know how upsetting this whole situation was. Your service area needs to be more on top of things... Even with appointments the wait time is beyond ridiculous!!! It's not my first time with bad customer service in your service department! It's a shame!

Anthony was amazing! Very caring and respectful! I used the shuttle services and they are clearly short staffed in that area. When I requested to be picked back up, the time provided in the app was incorrect. That should be accurate to allow customers to make alternate arrangements. My shuttle took more then 1 hour to pick me up from the park and it was very cold!

I made an appointment for 11:15am which was for an oil change and tire rotation. He told me it shouldn’t be long but I decided to picked up anyways. I was expecting a call and the day went by and I never received anything. I called the dealer around 4:30 frustrated asking about my car and they tell me it had been ready but no one answered the phone. I had no missed calls, no text messages or anything. The lady said they closed in 10 minutes so I ended up having to go pick up my car the next day. So unprofessional and completely an inconvenience.
