I brought my Honda for the airbag service and at the same time ask the advisor to have the wipers changed and the car inspected for additional service. None of the requests were added on the original invoice. I had to buy the wiper blades upon pick up and the only one helpful was the Tech Andrew who installed it for me. My advisor was on break and the white dude next to his desk reluctantly help me in picking up my car. Unsatisfied customer here 3 years in a row.
