Didn’t happy with your service .. 3 time bright this week car .. after paying problem is not resolved and today they told me I have to pay again for labor to replace another part.
It’s your Mehanics job what are the issues with Car service code need to be resolved one time so customer don’t pay again and again labor cost .
When you call service department nobody responded for 2-3 hours keep on calling … when came myself to see what is update on car .. staff is busy chit chatting with mechanics.
It waste so much of my time and I have to pay extra cost to fix my car !

Completely ripped my husband for a basic oil change. Literally charged my husband 125.97 for as a listed in invoice minor basic service engine oil and filter change. Husband was never asked nor consented to tire rotation. Husband was told regular oil is not available due to shortage, husband was then told only synthetic is available therefore husband was tricked into paying 125 for a basic oil change, rather then 69.95 as most Honda Dealers charge.
