I made an appointment i put my vehicle was a mazda it took 3 houra to get the filter when it shouldve already been theree per my appointment they knew it was a mazda and it took another hour to do the oil change i should be waiting 4 hours for my car to be ready i was there at 825 i didmt get my car till 1230 something be better prepared for costomers when they know what vehicle is coming in for service
