I have dropped my vehicle off several times to have a catalytic Converter replaced. Since Rock Honda installed the wrong one. After making arrangements several times to take the car to the dealer, only to have excuses made up why it could not be completed that day. wasting many hours of my day and costing me time off of work.

I purchased my car 10 years ago from Rock Honda and also purchased the Lifetime warranty, I dont drive my car much anymore and took it in on 12/30/21 for a wheel alignment. Not only did i have to take it back twice the same day, but my alignment is still messed up and pulls to the left. I left a message for the service manager and still have not received a phone call back. Ronnie Kelley was kind.
So hopefully this can be resolved soon.
