I have not received any current status of my repair for this service and it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of the service representative. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone for Service on their vehicle. Wish I felt differently but that is the reflection from my personal experience with this dealership.

I arrived at 6:30 to have my car in at 7am. My paperwork had 7:06am. I was told my car would be take 25 minutes to an hour. I got a ride home and never got a call. I called the service guy twice to find out. Finally I showed up and asked how come you didn't call me. He didn't give an answer but said sorry. I told him I called twice and again by he just said sorry. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. I would really prefer never to deal with him again. I got my car back around 10am, 3 hours later. It had been ready for hours. I held my tongue but I was furious...

You guys didn’t put the screws back on the cover while doing the oil change. It was hanging out hitting the grown on the freeway while I was driving with my babies in the car. Could have causes and accident. Loud noise coming from my car while my babies were terrified. Are you trying to get people to get in a car accident. Had to wait on the side of the freeway for hours with my babies. The bottom piece the cover is now all damage. Called rock Honda today they couldn’t do anything because the service team wouldn’t be back till Sunday. This is ridiculous I take my car to get an oil change to a dealer where they have certified personal.

Maria was great. Communication for completion of repairs with mechanics could have been better. My vehicle was dropped off at opening and I waited from 530 estimated completion time to 630pm 30 minutes past closing, only to conclude work was not complete. Shuttle service was done for the night and pretty much left stranded. Now I understand unexpected things may come up. But what would have happened if it was someone else having to walk home late that night? Possibly suggest Honda comp for an Uber or extend out Shuttle service post closing hours? Or avoiding it and make sure repairs are complete to standard prior to pick up. Additionally, I came to pick up vehicle following day only and it would not start. My vehicle was left stuck on the exit lane and your solution was to jump it enough sobI can get it moving. What an embarrassment, I felt for your service. I understand the alternator Possibly drained the brand new battery, but is it that much of a request to charge up the battery. The battery was running at 10 volts and I cannot believe I was expected to drive back like that. Truly disappointed, you guys stranded me the night before and if I did commit to changing the alternator you would have put me in a position to be stranded again. Again, Maria was great, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating and disappointed. For the amount of thousands of dollars I paid, I expected the very least fair service. I hope you take my feedback and review it thoroughly. I have several Hondas, and after this experience I'm hesitant on bringing any vehicle's.

We had an appointment at 10am. I arrived early only to wait approximately 15 minutes. Seemed like a lot of waiting around, especially since no one was in service bays. However the oil change/ tire rotation was fast (1hour). They did not reset my oil reminder onboard the dash.
