Hector was great. The service people said there was nothing wrong with my USB port that is for charging phones. It charges very very slowly and my little adapter I carry in the car charges just like at home. The USB port in the car is very slow. They said that maybe it's because it's an Android, impossible. They said that it is charging, and it is, just very slow. I just decided to **** it up and carry my adapter around. Apparently no one knew how to fix it.
