My starter went out on my car it is a 2007 Honda Accord I was quoted 936.00 over the phone for the job. I also needed my front brakes done I did not have that service done well because 936.00 dollars is a lot of money I am a a loyal customer of Rock Honda and had hoped for some kind of package deal let's get it all done while I'm here but we are close to a thousand $ for a starter. I asked for some kind of discount was given 15% or 140.00 off quoted 796.and some change it had to be done so when I go to pick up my car the bill is actually 840. + I was told oh taxes well every penny counts with me I'm a single parent of two and that extra 44$ bucks was an insult plus I still didn't get my brakes done just felt robbed a bit so that was my experience and I had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle back had to call not my usual experience with Honda felt like the outcast not special at all thanks for your money bye now

Brought the car in for routine servicing. Eddie had it done free of charge. I found out the oil pan was broken right after service was completed. I Had to pay out of pocket for pressure washing the garage and for the labor of installing the part. It was an abnormal experience overall. I would've much rather paid initially for the job to be done right.
