I've been concerned with a very loud "pop" like sound my car makes whenever I break when I asked I was simply told it is normal, does not sound normal to be but ok. I went in for an oil change, I always do so ever since I've owned the car, but this time I was told I needed breaks, this wold cost over $240. When I expressed that this was a little high for me, sales representative seemed shocked and acted as if I shouldn't care and do them anyways, then he said I should also do a lifetime alignment for about another $200. As I started expressing that at this moment and time, this is a little to high for me sales man shut me out. Pretty much saying he's heard enough, didn't say another word and printed the receipt for me for only the oil change as I was still speaking about the high price. It felt like he didn't wanna hear it if I'm not gonna buy it. It just felt rude, "If they aren't buying it, I'm not wasting my time" attitude. I've always had awesome experiences, other guys that have helped me have been AWESOME and super helpful, until this visit.
