Had my car serviced twice in last couple weeks. First time I mentioned that the car was out of windshield wiper fluid was empty and the advisor assured me they would top off all fluids. I did not check it afterwards because my car was washed so there was no need to use the wiper fluid. Yesterday my car was in to replace the battery and I specifically told the advisor I wanted to make sure they had filled the wiper fluid and he said “it says here that they did but we will check.” Well guess what? I just tried to wash my windshield and there is no fluid!!! Oh and we already brought the car back to reset the radio code after the battery replacement. How bout someone come to my house and fill up the wiper fluid?!!!

Service Advisor had promised vehicle as indicated on the work order which was 5:40 PM. The promised time came around and the advisor did not give me an update about the car on an ETA time. Advisor did not notify me that the car was ready until 20 minutes later. I would have been a little bit more understanding and patient if the advisor would have communicated with me about the progress on my vehicle.
