Eduardo was thorough and offered many options. I was there on Friday and the technician, Kevin although polite was not as thorough. I have not been to rock Honda in over one year and based on my experience with Kevin would not have returned. My check engine light came on and I had to return. As a single woman it’s important that I have a car that is reliable which is why I purchased a Honda and to have a service technician that you can trust. I appreciate Eduardo’s openness and the fact that he shared with me all the things my car needed so I could make an informed decision and create a budget. Thank you very much.
