You guys usually have me out in less than one hour . Today I was there over two hours for an oil change and air and cabin filter replacement and a car wash. Maybe it was the car wash that took an hour more??? Wasn't even worth it. They did a horrible job.

On September 27 I contacted the Parts and Service to replace the bent window seal on the left back window. The part had to be ordered. I was told by Eddie the part should arrive 3 to 4 days after it was place. A week past I called Eddie to check on the part. He told me it was on back order. Should have contacted me after the 4 days. I shouldn't have contacted the Parts and Service department. He said they will contact me as soon as the part arrive 2 weeks past....no call. 3 weeks no call. November arrive getting frustrated why no one called me. I called talk to a lady and she didn't know anything about a part. She was the department manager as she said. As a manager you should know your stuff and give great customer service. Nope she handed me off. She put Eddie on the phone he told the part has arrive. I was furious no one called me! And it was there all this time!!!! I live in Lake Elsinore and Have a newborn. It is so inconvenient for me to drive way out to Fontana, if they would have contacted me like they said they would I can arrange a babysitter. I had to wait another week to get my window seal replaced. Eduardo told me he will fill my tank and give me a car wash. I got my tank filled. Left the delearship with a dirty car. Turn back around told Eddie. He said okay. I got my car back quick....by the look of it they sprayed it down and wiped. They didn't wash it!!! There was a layer of dirt on the hood and parts of the car. I'm freakin piss at the quality of service I received!!!! Rock Honda you owe me one for my time and patience!!!

Alberto was great and went beyond his normal service . He kept us informed with details about our vehicle. He kept us informed with the status of our vehicle daily. Greatly appreciated his professionalism and great customer service.
