No need to contact me. The experience was excellent except when I returned to pick up my car. I stood for some time while service rep whom I believe was named Audrey chatted with another employee and didn’t pay any attention. I had to walk over to another service rep who was with another client. He called her and she ignored him, later saying her headset didn’t work. I was eventually helped by a very nice guy who was off work. As a manager I would not be happy if my ignore a client like Audrey did.

I? went in for a simple oil change and the vip car wash. Prior to this I? called and was quoted $59. However when we went to pay it came out to $69 for an oil change. Even though it was just $10 off I? was still quoted the wrong price. Also the person that was helping me was very pushy. To a point that I? wanted to walk out. I? only had enough for the work I? was getting done. It also took almost 2 hours for an oil change even though I? had an appointment I? personally will not be going back to Rock Honda for maintenance on my CRV ever again.
