The service advisor had me under the assumption I could finance the service fees and performed the work. When I arrived to pick up the car and sign paperwork for financing I couldn’t get financed after all. I had to borrow funds from family to get my car back. Even dealing with the Service Manager, very unpleasant experience. I won’t be coming back or referring family/friends - Rock Honda used to be a place I could trust but integrity seems to be an issue with service advisors the past couple years.
