Maria was efficient and pleasant to work with..The technician, however , took my keys(sensor) from the car and put them at Maria’s station, We drove to San Bernardino not knowing my keys were missing, because my wife had a sensor in her purse. We called and arranged for the keys to be brought to us. Maria was apologetic and got the keys to us and.we understand that these things happen. The team should be reminded to double check and make sure the keys are with the customer.
