I asked for them to fix a ratle that could easily be identified by performing a test drive. I guess they were too busy and told me they test drive the car, but that was not the case since it had same mileage as when I dropped it off. I just expect a little better customer service. This is too bad as my famy has 3 new Hondas that will require ongoing maintenance.

I was satisfied with Eddies service but of course its never a smooth due to the last advisor who helped me last weekend. Yvonne contact me stating I can get free oil change and will do my tire rotation and they didn’t address that I needed my seat belt cleaned and they didn’t do it right. They didn’t address that issue. I came back to Honda today to get my tire rotation and my service advisor called me back informed me I need to change both my breaks and I asked him why on the service sticker on my car that was updated last week (when i got my change oil) it shows on the sticker that my breaks were still good tires and battery are good and today 7 days since the last time I went to honda now they’re telling me that I have to change BOTH my breaks. My service advisor informed me that they ALWAYS have complimentary check up on when customers come in to get their service done and my service advisor informed me last time I came they didn’t even check my breaks. I could’ve crashed in the freeway got into an accident cause they FORGOT to check my breaks and now they expext me to pay $569 to pay for my service. Whenever I get my service done I always have to come back not once but twice or more. I’ve been getting my car serviced in this locations since I purchased my car in Rock honda and we just purchased a new Pilot this year and we are loyal with honda bur the service is just bad. If you check my account I’ve been paying so much and trust the service that we’re paying. I can’t believe they would not check my breaks and I even drove everyday with messed up breaks. Eddie was greaf realy tried to help us but our experience wasting time going back and forth to Rock honda is tiring we cant just go there and not come back till my next service. But I always have to do a second trip again and again.
