The ride to/from work was difficult. I was to be picked up at 5:30…. Didn’t get out from Rock until 7pm. I guess my name got “lost”. Had the fella that picked me up not stay late (overtime), I’d have been stranded at work overnight w/o a car…!
As far as my “lifetime” alignment, I have positive camber, but am told it can’t get fixed, but have to have a body shop adjust it. Haven’t done my research yet, but that doesn’t sound right. Have unusual wear on the inside of my tires. It’s not an air pressure thing, but an alignment thing…
By, appreciate not being “unsold “ on w/ unnnecesary charges, as I came in for an oil change & alignment. That’s what I got. Just sticker shocked at a $55 oil change. Can get that done at another Honda dealership for about $20 less!!!!

Mr. Flores was Exceptional and a man of his word!!! I was really up against time when I arrived because I had to get to work. Therefore, I only had 1 desperately needed my Service completed ? in an hour. Mr. Flores assured me that he would put a rush on my service and he did. He also had my car out front, standing beside With the driver's door open for me... This was a first for me!!!
