As I drove up to the service lane there was a young lady that approached me, I gave her a morning greeting but was busy shouting to someone on the audio set, started writing on her notepad took down the vin and asked what are you getting done I replied with airbag recall and she walked away and didn’t give me any instruction. Not very good customer service.
