We had an appointment scheduled for 1:30. When we dropped the car off we were told it would be finished in 45 minutes (oil change only) and would be notified by a phone call when completed. We sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and noticed the car was sitting behind the building but the person who checked us in was not in the area. When we asked if the car was done to one of the associates and told them it was behind the building they told us it wasn't started. When the manager was questioned she went to the key box and said the car was done and would have someone pull it up immediately. We left the facility and drove home (approximately 6 miles from the location) upon pulling in to our driveway I received a message from the associate letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. Obviously she had no idea the car was no longer there. Not sure if this was her way of covering herself for the delay or if there is that much confusion within the service department. I was told there were a lot of "Drive in's" for service that day, so does it really make a difference to schedule an appointment in advance?

Maria, my technician that assisted me was great! Friendly, and really helpful and considerate when I told here I had to be at work at 8 am. On the other hand, the technicians that worked on my car were not. I dropped my car off for a simple B1 code and a stereo system reset at around 7:30 am. I received a text saying my car was finished at around 11am. I took my lunch and headed over to pick up my car at around 12-12:15. I get there, pay, and was told to wait outside for my vehicle. I wait and nothing. Wait some more, nothing. I asked a Honda member to help me and to my surprise they can’t find my car because it was mistagged. Finally they find it.... inside the shop still being worked on. I’m told that it won’t be ready until 1!! They then proceeded to give me back my car and it didn’t even have the stereo system reset. All they did was remove battery cable. Because on my dashboard were a lot of notifications such as: system brake failure, tire pressure warning, electronic brake failure. I’m really upset, disappointed, and Unsatisfied. I avoided my dealership that’s in Victorville for the very same reason. Now I have to avoid this one as well and go on the search for a dealership that truely cares for its customers.
