Mariano along with the Manager who’s name slips my mind were great! There was a technical issue with the internet and they were not able to process any paperwork, so I waited. The manager offered to have my headlights restored and Honda also washed my car. The team at Rock Honda Fontana is Awesome! My appointment was for 8:30am and to see everyone happy and greating one another was a great experience. It’s like the employees enjoy their job and enjoy coming to work. This is not something you see everyday. This to me says a lot about the management. Keep it up Rock Honda!

My experience at Rock Honda was exceptional, not only was Mariano helpful but so were all the other associates I came in contact with. I was able to make my appt for the same day and everything that I needed to get done on my car was done in a timely fashion. Sooner than I expected! Great customer service!

Andrea failed to call me when she promised to let me know if the parts were available for my car. I ended up calling her, and she brushed me off because she was with another client. She promised to call me again, but failed to do so. I had no idea whether my car was being repaired or not. Finally, two hours later, when she still hadn’t called me back, I called again, and again she told the receptionist that she would call me back, but I insisted that she take my call. When I spoke to her she claimed to have already talked to me, which I assure you, she did not. When I initially called last week to set up the service appointment, she insisted that I make the appointment with her. She was there when I arrived and she wasn’t there when I picked up my car the next day. I would not schedule an appointment with her again, but the other members of your service staff were very helpful in her abscence. I still have not even met her, but I assure you I don’t trust her because she blew me off twice, and failed to follow through on her promise “to take care of me” or to call me back about the availability of parts.
