Eduardo was efficient but the service department refused to wash my car even though I offered to pay for it. My wife was buying a car at the time I got service and the finance manager Edris thought this ridiculous as well. He got the porters to wash my car but then they lost my car for 20 minutes. Then Ion my drive home I noticed my screen was severely scratched inside the car. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau
