Very poor customer service I dropped off my car at 1:30 he told me he would keep me updated I made sure that he knew that I needed to work the next morning at 5 AM so I needed to either have my car back or a loaner car. He said he would keep me updated. Five hours later, I had not heard anything from him the service area was about to close so I decided to call and check on my car to find out they tell me my service advisor had gone home for the night and nobody knew anything about my car they had to call him on his cell to find out what was going on with my car. Who does that.. when was he going to update me on my car the following morning there was no plan of my car staying there overnight and if that was the case he needed to call and let me know so that I could get a loaner to get to work the following morning. And once again after bringing in my car for the fourth time for the same issue it was not fixed let alone doesn't look like it was even touched but supposedly they are working with the tech department on the phone to figure out the glitch in my radio system and Honda will contact me when they have an update to try to solve the problem. I purchased my Honda at another dealer but as for convenience of rock Honda being two minutes from my house I go there for my service but with customer service continuing like this I will go the extra miles to a different dealership . I have already spoken to Yvonne Medrano to address this issue. Hopefully he doesn't leave other customers hanging as he did to me and hopefully my radio glitch problem will soon be solved.

The service did not take long as I expected and was surprised by the short wait-time. Gary was extremely helpful and I definitely plan to go back to Rock Honda Fontana for any future car-work.

I went there for oil change, I was told they
cannot open drain plug. I was asked that the oil pan needs to be changed and it will cost $500. I declined and went to Pep boys. They did the oil change with no problem.
Train your technicians better and consult senior technicians if having difficulty. Be considerate to your customers please.
