I was satisfied with the service and care provided by Greg Kraus as welll as the rest of the crew who assisted us today. In the past I have heard unsavory things about the service at Rock Honda as well as my personal experience with the sales department being unpleasant. However due to this experience I will definitely be using this dealer as my service center. Thank you Greg Kraus and everyone in the service crew who helped get our car out as quickly as they did.

I have bought a few cars from Rock Honda over the years and so has my children .... the last 6 months the service is horrible and very rude. Then when I’m called about my satisfaction... I’m ALWAYS told that the customer service manager will call me back in 10 minutes ( just like again today ) and she NEVER does ..... lousy Customer Service and lousy Customer Service Manager..... no follow up ..... it’s clear that Rock Honda don’t care about losing its customers
