I was told that it would only take 2-3 hours for my car to be ready, when you had it for 10 hrs. Also, the person who picked me up I’m the shuttle car was listening to rap music that had profanity in it that I found offensive. He didn’t even offer to turn it off, he also drove with his phone in his lap looking at it a lot. So no, I was not pleased. Sorry, I’m not a complainer, but I’m telling you how I feel. Thank you for asking .
