He called me over and said that my car was ready and then while I was seated, he called another customer on the phone while I waited. I was curious as to why someone would call you over to place a phone call to another person. Then I waited while he printed out my paperwork. I guess he was not ready for me???

Way too expensive for a simple oil and filter change and somehow conveniently we needed wiper blade refills and non factory blades were on the car and it would have been another 100 to replace

The customer service was very very good. Maria Navarro i believe is her name was very attentive and informative. she was pleasant. I paid for the extra service of a carwash ($10) which is what did not fully satisfy my expectations. windows did not appear properly washed/cleaned. Dont think I will be doing my carwash there again. Everything else was good.
