Only thing that I want pleases with was the ride situation. Was told I was going to get picked up in 15-20 mins and it literally took an hour and half. I had to call and ask what’s going on. While getting my car I would feel more secure if someone gave me my keys and not left them in the car. But besides that it went well.

I purchased my car a little over a year ago- I also pay into a service plan monthly with my car payment. I have never had a single issue or problem in the past when bringing my car in for oil changes- when I came in on Friday Eduardo didn’t even look at my car. He said that I needed a new cabin/engine filter and an alignment. He insisted that it was not covered and very necessary, and gave me an estimate of about $500. I felt very pressured and was not sure why my car needed service- I wasn’t having any issues with it and felt like things weren’t being explained. I called my dad who said that unless my steering was off or if I had hit a large pothole, the alignment was not necessary. I just felt like I was being pressured into expensive, unnecessary services and will now think twice about utilizing Rock Honda for my services.

Iris Hurtado was great she was super cool ! however the Service guy that recommended to replace the tire lied when he told me my tire wasn’t fixable , he told me I had a nail close to wall on the tire and that I should replace it. The price for a new tire $300+ ??????????? , I requested to see the tire and the leak was from the center of the tire it wasn’t close to wall as the service guy said !! After that I took the my car to the tire shop got it fix for $10 !!
