I bought my Honda a few months back so this was my first time servicing my car at a Honda dealership and had a great experience. Working in health care, the patient experience is the focus point of everything I do in my job so I had to take the time to recognize Soemy for her great service and Honda for providing an atmosphere to allow her to do it. She was very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly and set my expectation by letting me know what was going to happen next so I was never in doubt. Also how the area is set up for the customers to wait is so convenient that I know anytime my car needs service I don't have to plan my day around it, I can plan with it and take whatever I'm working on or doing with me.
