First of all I went in because I needed the A1 service and the service contract said I get free oil changes until 48,000 miles so the advisor said that I had used all my free oil changes so I said to him my car doesn’t have 48000 miles yet so then remember another advisor said to me he would give me 2 extra free oil change I guess he got upset because I didn’t ended up paying for it and I payed for a lifetime alignment that I thought every time I would bring my car in would get done didn’t happen totally disappointed by this last service
