Didn’t appreciate getting told by my service rep. That I needed a rear end alignment on my New Pilot after only 7000 miles . . . Especially after I heard him give the same recommended repair pitch for a $350 lifetime alignment package on the next customer. Seriously?! I buy a $45K new vehicle + an extended warranty to get nickled and dimed? I’ll take my business elsewhere if that’s how you treat my patronage . . .
