I have not taken my car to your dealership for several years. The reason was that the service rep at that time kept trying to push "Your dealership's recommended maintenance" and not Honda's recommended maintenance. I have been through this experience before at another Honda dealership and called Honda Service Center. They told me just to follow the manufacture's recommendation. Anyway, I read your recent yelp and google reviews and you had high marks for the service department. I thought I give you one more chance. I told Soemy I was in for B14 maintenance. She only asked since I had 100,000 miles on the car if I wanted new filters? I said no just the recommended maintenance. She said OK. I was apprehensive at first thinking she would insist on unnecessary maintenance like my visit years ago, but she didn't push it. Because of that I probably will be back. She did a good job. Normally I get a walk through on my car or or get a summary in end by your representative Which I didn't receive and I wasn't offer a car wash wish every time I go I was told I couldn't get one cuz of our drought but not I gotta pay for one but regardless I didn't get offer one now I don't know what's next on my next maintenance cuz your representative didn't give me a walk through on my car In the end like I always do ....

I love the service and the person helping me was great. The only thing I do not like is the upselling that they do. If I didn’t review the receipt I would be paying a 300 dollar service I did not want. Your service employees are too quick with their upselling. A good way to is to let the customer know hey these things are on the list to be maintained, would you like us to them now? Instead I get a you need to do this it says so in the manual. I don’t like being forced to do something. Recommend and don’t force it once I say no.
