My very first time to wash my car and I was very disappointed there’s lots of dirt that stick all over my car and they did not removed. Iris was removing the dirt with her long nails it’s good thing I catched her.Oh pls don’t scratch my car it’s very expensive and you guys don’t care bec you are not the one paying it. I could wash better bec I’ve been washing my previous cars. Now it’s due for my oil change soon and I’m so worrried if you will do a good job or not bec to tell you the truth I heard lots of bad things of Rock Honda.

Every thing was great until we picked up our CRV the 1st time after having a front driver side fender repair & paint. Later at home we see & feel over spray all over the side,hood, front & side window, top & even the tires.We returned it Sunday on the way to church. Gary Hildago oversaw the cleaned up CRV on Thursdays am & it looks awesome now.

Noticed the paperwork stated there was “red” inspection comments and I was not informed about any of them. I stated when I got there that any other maintenance was going to be done that day, meaning the maintenance alert on my car stating I needed tire rotation, spark plugs, oil & filter. However, if there are other alerts I should have been informed.

I'm really disappointed with the repair and will be bringing the car back. The paneling between the front grill and hood has been bent in order to adjust for the issue. Repair was not done properly. I'll be bringing the vehicle back.
