I am very dissatisfied with the service I received on Friday, May 18, 2018. I way told that I needed to change the transmission oil. However, On October 24, 2017 this service was done and the person who assisted me was Andy Flores. Now, on Friday (5/18) they performed this service again, but it is my understanding that this service last for 100,000 miles. I hace the copies of all services that were done at Rock Honda. Therefore, this service they performed on Friday (5\18) was NOT necessary as my car has not reached such amount of miles from October 2017 to May 2018. I need to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
